These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Lunover Digital Private Limited ("Monal," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply when you access or use Monal's websites, applications, AI features, and related services (the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you use Monal for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use the Services only with that consent.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, activity under your account, and keeping access to your Google account and Monal session secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Monal provides access to AI systems that can generate text, analysis, code, and other material ("Output") from prompts and other content you submit ("Input"). AI Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

You are responsible for evaluating Output before using or sharing it. Do not rely on Output as a substitute for qualified professional advice or as the sole basis for decisions that may materially affect a person's rights, safety, health, finances, or legal status.

You retain your rights in Input and other content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services and comply with law.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content. You are responsible for your content and for how you use or share Output.

You may not use the Services to break the law, harm others, infringe rights, defeat security or access controls, distribute malicious software, or interfere with the Services. The full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy.

Some features may be free, limited by credits, or offered under a paid plan. Current pricing, included usage, renewal terms, and taxes are shown before purchase. Except where required by law, credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

We may change plans or prices prospectively. Any change to a recurring paid plan will be communicated before it applies to a later billing period.

The Services depend on third parties, including identity, infrastructure, payment, and AI model providers. Their services may have separate terms and may change or become unavailable. We are not responsible for third-party products outside our control.

We and our licensors retain all rights in the Services, including the Monal name, software, design, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose.

You may stop using Monal at any time. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Services, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms.

We may terminate an account for a serious or repeated violation. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Monal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms as the Services or law changes. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Services after the new Terms take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
