• Account information: your name, email address, profile image, account ID, and authentication information provided through Google sign-in.
• Content: prompts, conversations, feedback, files, images, and other information you choose to submit to the Services.
• Usage and device information: interactions with features, timestamps, browser and device information, approximate location inferred from IP address, logs, and diagnostic data.
• Transaction information: plan, payment status, and billing records when you purchase a paid service. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider.

• Provide, personalize, maintain, and improve the Services.
• Authenticate users, save conversations, and manage plans and credits.
• Process prompts and generate responses through selected AI models.
• Protect users, prevent fraud and abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.

To generate a response, Monal may send your Input and relevant conversation context to the AI provider that supplies the selected model. Those providers process the information on our behalf or under their applicable terms and privacy commitments.

Avoid including sensitive personal information in prompts or files unless it is necessary for your request and you have the right to provide it.

We may share information with:

• service providers that support authentication, AI processing, hosting, storage, security, analytics, communications, and payments;
• an organization that administers an account you use for work or school;
• authorities or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety;
• a successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business.

We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
