You may not use Monal to violate applicable law, facilitate unlawful activity, evade lawful restrictions, or help another person do so. You are responsible for understanding the laws and professional obligations that apply to your use.

• Do not threaten, harass, exploit, abuse, or defraud others.
• Do not create or distribute child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors.
• Do not facilitate human trafficking, self-harm, violence, or the acquisition of illegal weapons.
• Do not impersonate others deceptively or misrepresent AI-generated material as authentic evidence.

• Do not submit personal, confidential, or proprietary information without authorization.
• Do not stalk, identify, profile, or monitor people in ways that violate their rights.
• Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

• Do not distribute malware, destructive code, spam, phishing, or credential theft.
• Do not gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data.
• Do not bypass safeguards, rate limits, usage controls, or access restrictions.
• Do not disrupt the Services, probe them for abuse, or resell access without permission.

Do not use Output as the sole basis for decisions about employment, housing, education, credit, insurance, healthcare, legal services, law enforcement, immigration, or access to essential services. Qualified people must review consequential decisions and remain accountable for them.

We may investigate suspected misuse and limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect people or the Services. We consider context, severity, history, and whether the conduct was intentional when deciding how to respond.

If you believe Monal is being used in a way that violates this policy, email legal@monal.app with enough detail for us to investigate. Do not include sensitive information that is not necessary for the report.
